In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty or you are unhappy with any product purchased directly from us, we will provide a refund or exchange upon return of the product unused.

Conditions of return

  • We are only able to refund or exchange faulty goods or unused/sealed products.
  • We are unable to refund soaps and unsealed products
  • Faulty goods must be at least 90% full.
  • Refunds are made using the same method used for payment.
  • We cannot accept returns purchased indirectly. These will need to be returned back to the retailer it was originally purchased from, following the retailer’s return procedures.
  • These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Please follow these steps for free returns

  1. Fill in the requested information on the Return Form and submit on the website.
  2. Print out a copy of the form after submission and securely repackage the item(s), together with the form and return via post.
  3. Go to Royal Mail website and follow instructions to complete your return.
  4. Please note we are not able to cover postage costs for returns made from outside the UK.
