In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty or you are unhappy with any product purchased directly from us, we will provide a refund or exchange upon return of the product unused.
Conditions of return
- We are only able to refund or exchange faulty goods or unused/sealed products.
- We are unable to refund soaps and unsealed products
- Faulty goods must be at least 90% full.
- Refunds are made using the same method used for payment.
- We cannot accept returns purchased indirectly. These will need to be returned back to the retailer it was originally purchased from, following the retailer’s return procedures.
- These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Please follow these steps for free returns
- Fill in the requested information on the Return Form and submit on the website.
- Print out a copy of the form after submission and securely repackage the item(s), together with the form and return via post.
- Go to Royal Mail website and follow instructions to complete your return.
- Please note we are not able to cover postage costs for returns made from outside the UK.
